Fancy and gorgeous hotel with very friendly employees with their front office manager.

the location was top, close to lunapark. and it was also next to beach and boardwalk, and general nightlife. functional suite and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was clean with excellent location right next to the motor-sports renting area and airy rooms. I booked a room with a great bed, a balcony and a living area...

I had high standard room complete with beautyfol view at the see as well as balcony. The location in a shopping area was top and comfy and there were fairgrounds and a market nearby. Really enjoyed to hang out in the center, it's just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The views were not bad.

Tasty food, especially the Bulgarian Night buffet. Enormous room with a great view, over 70sq meters. Right on the beach with clean sand and plenty of sunbeds. Nice pool, table tennis, and toddler playroom. Hardworking staff, helpful and found solutions to any issue. Effective and discreet AC.

The atmosphere created was quiet! My room was top-class and reasonably large with a private bathroom. The food was fine, the breakfast was delicious. The service was very good, no reason to complain. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

The staff are hard-working and extremely helpful, managed the parking onsite. The setting is perfect and top, very close to the City center and Nessebar, general nightlife and the fairground attractions and general nightlife.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location of this hotel is simply perfect, as it is situated right on the beach. I loved being able to step outside and have immediate access to the beautiful sandy shores. The hotel also provides free sunbeds, which was a great bonus. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm hospitality and were incredibly attentive throughout my stay. The restaurant manager, in particular, stood out to me with his caring and respectful demeanor. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with plenty of choices to satisfy any palate.

No complains at all, the venue met needs well. We had a very positive holiday with delicious breakfast. The atmosphere created was quiet. The hotel took care of the accommodating service.

The ambience felt really quiet and the service was VERY GOOD. My suite with sheets were laid on, a shower in the middle of the bathroom and balcony was airy.

We enjoyed the beautiful and spacious rooms that were provided to us, as well as the stunning view of the beach. the staff were incredibly attentive and always kept the place clean. the animation team was fantastic, providing activities that were engaging for both adults and children.

The food at the restaurant was a bit of a letdown, especially for the price we paid. While there were some options available, we felt that the quality and selection could have been better.
